Private memory systems for people & small businesses

AI tools change daily. Your memory shouldn’t.

We build you a living, private record of your business and your life — plain files you own, organized so any AI can work from them. Today’s tools, tomorrow’s tools, whichever you choose. The memory stays yours.

growth rings — one for every year your system remembers
The problem, in your words

Your AI is smart. It just doesn’t know you.

Every new chat starts from scratch. I explain my business again, every time. — every AI user, eventually
It wrote the email fine. It just didn’t know the client, the history, or what we’d promised. — technically right, contextually wrong
My context lives in six apps, an inbox, and two people’s heads. — scattered memory, dropped balls
What we build

Three quiet things, and all of them are yours.

The heartwood is the dense center of the tree — the part everything else grows around. That’s what we build: the durable core, so the fast-changing AI tools can come and go around it.

01 The Brain

A private repository of plain-text pages: your projects, people, commitments, decisions, and current focus. Readable by you, by any AI, forever. No app to outlive, no database to export from, no lock-in.

02 The Hub

One glanceable dashboard on your phone’s home screen: today’s focus, calendar, priorities, deadlines, system health. Reachable only from your own devices — never the public internet.

03 The Quiet Jobs

Small automations that keep it current: syncing, weekly health checks, morning digests, watchdogs. Silent when everything works. Loud only when something needs you.

The shape of it

From scattered to structured.

Your real life

Email, calendar, inquiries, bills, conversations — and the things only you know.

Your memory

Filed into one organized, dated, source-backed record. One page per thing that matters.

Your surfaces

A dashboard, daily digests, and an AI that finally answers like it’s been working with you for years.

The shop rules

Built like it’s going to matter for decades.

Four rules we never break

  • AI proposes, you approve. Nothing becomes trusted memory without a human saying so.
  • Least access, always. We take an export or a scoped folder — never the keys to everything.
  • Credentials never enter the system. No passwords, no account numbers. Ever.
  • Nothing is deleted. Superseded pages are archived. Your history stays whole, like rings in wood.
Whole-life systems

Your business doesn’t run separately from your life.

The business halfClients, leads, projects, promises, pricing decisions — the context that makes your work good and usually lives in your head.
The personal halfFamily, health, household, finances, the calendar that actually runs the week. The half every business tool ignores.

One system sees both — because both compete for the same 24 hours, and a memory that only knows half of you gives half-right answers.

Fair questions

Asked by everyone who should ask.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything. The system is plain files in a private repository you own — there’s no subscription holding your memory hostage and nothing that stops working when we part ways. That’s the point of the architecture.

Where does my private information live?

In your own private repository, reachable only from your own devices. We take the least access that does the job, sensitive topics you name are never stored at all, and passwords never enter the system. You approve everything before it becomes trusted memory.

Won’t the AI tools this uses be obsolete in a year?

Probably — and it won’t matter. The tools are interchangeable readers of your memory, not the memory itself. When better ones arrive, they plug into the same files and instantly know you. That’s why we build the foundation instead of selling you an app.

Why not just use Notion / ChatGPT memory / the next app?

Apps assume you’ll do the organizing, keep your memory inside their walls, and lose the details when you export. We do the organizing for you, in a format no company controls, covering your business and your life together — which no app on the market does.

How much of my time does this take?

The setup interview is a few sittings of 10–15 minute sections — it saves as it goes, so stopping mid-thought costs nothing. After that: a 30-second morning glance and about five minutes a week. The system is built for busy people, not hobbyists.

Next step

A 30-minute fit call. No pitch — just where your context lives, and what it’s costing you.

If there’s a fit, the audit is the first small step — fixed price, real deliverable, credited if we build.
